1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Blog CMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Service, whatever their level of access.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The Service
Blog CMS is a hosted publishing platform. It provides a dashboard for writing and managing articles, media and categories, and delivers your published content to your website or app.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Access
To use the Service you need an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details confidential
- All activity that happens under your account
- Telling us promptly about any unauthorised use
- Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
Do not share credentials or let unauthorised people use your account. Accounts showing suspicious activity may be suspended.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours
- Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform or other customers
- Distribute malware or spam
- Place an unreasonable load on the Service
Breaking this section may lead to immediate termination without a refund.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of everything you publish through Blog CMS. You grant us a limited licence to store and serve your content solely to operate the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of your content. We do not review content in advance but may remove anything that breaks these Terms or the law.
After your account ends, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then it may be permanently deleted.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Starter, Standard, Business: billed monthly at the published price.
- Custom: pricing and terms are agreed separately in writing.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your account if we believe you have broken these Terms.
On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blog CMS and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or BDT 5,000, whichever is greater.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
