Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026  ·  Effective: June 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blog CMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those with admin, author, or read-only access.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Blog CMS is a multi-tenant headless content management system that provides:

  • REST API endpoints for publishing and retrieving content
  • An administrative panel for managing posts, media, categories, and users
  • Role-based access control with two-factor authentication
  • Flexible media storage integrations (local, AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, FTP)
  • Isolated company workspaces with separate databases per tenant

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Access

To access administrative features, you must be granted an account by a company administrator. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You must not share login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access your account. Accounts with suspicious activity may be suspended without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform's security
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code through the API
  • Scrape or harvest data in a manner that degrades service performance

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you publish through Blog CMS. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days during which you may request an export. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

  • Free plan: No credit card required. Subject to usage limits.
  • Pro plan: Billed monthly or annually. Access to all Pro features.
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing. Governed by a separate agreement.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the admin panel or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Sections on intellectual property, content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blog CMS and its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you via email or an in-app notice for material changes.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected] or through our contact page.
